Dennis Ruppel
Dennis Ruppel is a Member of The Sembler Company Board of Directors. Since 1978, Ruppel has been partner with Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns, LLP. Since joining the firm, Dennis has concentrated his practice on major real estate, financing and commercial transactions. His real
estate work has focused on the development community with projects ranging from shopping centers, condominiums, residential and mixed-use
subdivisions to industrial development. He also has experience as a past director of two bank holding companies; president and director of a
manufacturing company; a software company; and a managing member of several real estate and investment entities.
