Sembler Introduces Publix-Anchored Amberly Place
The Sembler Company recently announced that Publix will anchor Amberly Place, a new neighborhood shopping center to be developed on 22 acres at the northwest corner of Carpenter Fire Station Rd. and Green Level Church Rd. in Cary, North Carolina. âCary is an impressive community thatâs growing rapidly. The non-traditional, pedestrian-oriented shopping center will comprise up to 110,000 square feet of commercial space. Publix will occupy more than 49,000 square feet of that, with a store that is expected to carry an expanded organic line and other high-end features, Beyer said. Construction on Amberly Place is expected to begin first quarter 2017.
