Vice Chairman Brent Sembler has five decades’ experience in the shopping center industry.

Brent is active with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), serving as a founding member of the ICSC’s Florida Government Affairs Committee. He is also a state and national political fundraising leader for the Republican party. Brent served 10 years on Florida State University’s Board of Trustees, as Chairman of Legends of Delta Lambda and on the Board of Gulf Coast Community Care.

Brent and his wife established a philanthropic fund administered through the Tampa/Orlando/Pinellas (T.O.P.) Jewish Foundation, Inc. benefitting numerous Bay Area charities. He previously served on the All Children’s Hospital Board and Shorecrest Preparatory School’s Board of Trustees.

Brent earned a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University. He is married with three children and two grandchildren.
