As Development Manager for The Sembler Company, Dave Davis is responsible for management of all Build to Suit (BTS) projects – including design and site assessment, due diligence, entitlement, budgeting, and managing the design, permitting and construction of the project from concept to delivery. He works with top-tier clients including Wawa, Walgreens, McDonalds, Advance Auto and more.

A talented architect with more than 20 years of experience, Davis is also responsible for the concept site planning for Sembler-developed shopping centers. In fact, Davis joined Sembler in 2004 and worked in development of shopping centers before focusing on BTS. He has managed projects of 100,000 square feet to more than one million square feet, including Winter Garden Village, one of Sembler’s best-known projects.

Prior to joining Sembler, Davis worked in the commercial architecture industry designing shopping centers and managing development.

A committed volunteer and community service advocate, Davis has coached children in West Pasco Youth Soccer Association for nearly twenty years. He has also served as Scout Master for a Boy Scouts of America troop for several years, and has sponsored an exchange student from China twice.

Davis holds a Master of Architecture degree from Tulane University.
