Sembler Announces O’Reilly Auto Parts Coming to Tarrymore Square
The Sembler Company recently announced interior construction has begun on an O’Reilly Auto Parts store that will occupy 10,000 square feet in Tarrymore Square, a more than 256,000-square-foot retail center in Raleigh, NC. “O’Reilly Auto Parts is expected to open in fall 2017,” said Steve Althoff, senior vice president of leasing for Sembler. “We are continuing to lease the center and interest is high, especially in anchor space.”
Tarrymore Square is one of several retail centers in Sembler’s growing North Carolina portfolio. In fact, Sembler opened an office in Cary, NC, last year. “We’ve made some acquisitions in North Carolina, as well as recently closing on the land purchase for a new ground-up development in Cary,” said Sembler CEO Ron Wheeler. “We’re excited about the possibilities in several North Carolina markets, where demand is high and there is a lot of opportunities to add retail value.”
