Accounting Manager Matt Howe oversees Sembler’s accounting functions for 40+ operating centers in the southeastern United States and Puerto Rico.

Matt brings 20+ years of accounting experience to Sembler. He manages the vendor payment and tenant receipt processes and the monthly financial statement preparation and distribution processes. Matt also maintains Sembler’s corporate books and prepares the annual budget. He works closely with the property management department while managing annual budgeting and year-end reconciliation processes for the operating centers.

Before joining Sembler in 2007, he worked in two different CPA firms doing accounting and tax preparation for small businesses and condo associations as well as individuals.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida. Outside of work, Matt focuses on family time, enjoying cooking, pool time, and Florida weather.
