The Sembler Company recently announced the opening of Express Oil at Trinity Lakes Crossings, an outparcel park fronting State Road 54 with access from Trinity Blvd. in Pasco County, FL.
“Express Oil is one of a number of exciting new developments in Trinity Lakes,” said JP Guzzardo, Sembler’s Vice President of Development in charge of Build-to-Suit. “Wawa also recently broke ground in that location. Trinity Car Wash and Burger King opened there earlier this year. It’s an exciting time.”
Other tenants in Trinity Lakes Crossings include Hampton Inn, ABC Fine Wines & Spirits, Starbucks, and Achieva Credit Union. Four additional lots are available.
Trinity Lakes Crossings outparcels share direct access to the Shoppes at Trinity Lakes, a 65,000-sq-ft, Publix-anchored shopping center developed by Sembler in 2016. The center is the primary commercial node serving the explosive growth in the Trinity area.
“Trinity has been booming over the last several years, and there’s more to come,” said Guzzardo. “More than 47,000 residential units are expected to be built out by the end of 2022 in the immediate trade area. The new retail will help meet high community demand for more options and convenience.”
