Cafe Rio is now open in a new multi-tenant building in Oviedo, Florida. The site is located on the southeast corner of Alafaya Trail and E Mitchell Hammock Rd. This multi-tenant building will also be home to Lady Jane’s and there is still 1,563 SF left available for lease.
