PETERSBURG, FL – (OCTOBER 6, 2020) – The Sembler Company is pleased to announce its Znew client partnership to lease and manage a privately-held portfolio of shopping centers in Central Florida. The Sembler Company will serve as both the Leasing Agent and Property Manager for Aloma Shopping Center (Winter Park, FL), Southgate Shopping Center (Lakeland, FL), and Shoppes of Aloma (Winter Park, FL).

Publix-anchored Aloma Shopping Center is 95.5% occupied, while Southgate Shopping Center, also anchored by Publix, is 99% occupied, and Shoppes of Aloma, an unanchored retail strip center, maintains 94.4% occupancy.
