Sembler Announces Last Winter Garden Village Outparcel Open for Business
Winter Garden’s First Pei Wei Opens in Last New Retail Space
The Sembler Company recently completed construction on the final outparcel within the 1.15 million square foot Winter Garden Village. Pei Wei Asian Diner, one of two tenants in the new 7,200 square foot building, will open for business January 18, 2016 – marking complete build-out of the development originally started in 2006.
“This last remaining outparcel is located at the entrance to the development, immediately visible as customers exit SR 429 and enter Winter Garden Village,” said JP Guzzardo, Sembler’s Vice President of Development. “The high profile location is best suited for a multi-tenant building, and we’re excited that Mattress One and Pei Wei found a new home in Winter Garden.” “The Central Florida area is an important market for Pei Wei,” said Ralph Bower, Pei Wei CEO. “We are proud to open our first restaurant in Winter Garden and expand our Florida presence to 33 locations.”
Pei Wei will occupy 3,000 square feet of indoor space and a 720 square foot outdoor seating area. Mattress One, which opened earlier this month, occupies approximately 4,200 square feet. Sembler broke ground on the two-tenant retail building in June 2015.
