Lakeside Commons is a new ground up Publix development with 12,000 square feet of small shop spaces and two outparcels of 2.65 acres completed in June 2024. The center services a primary trade area of 50,000+ people supported by downtown, growing tourism industry, three colleges (with close to 14,000 students enrolled in 2021) and 10,000 housing units within 10-minute drive time.
