Moving Earth on Amberly Place: Our first feature in this newsletter focuses in on Amberly Place and the progress being made at the development.
Last July The Sembler Company broke ground on Amberly Place, a North Carolina shopping center which will augment Sembler’s growing footprint in the state.
The 77,000 square foot Publix-anchored neighborhood shopping center is located at the Northwest corner of Greenlevel Church Road and Carpenter Fire Station Road in the vibrant and growing municipality of Cary, North Carolina.
Upon completion, in addition to a new state of the art Publix grocery store, Amberly Place will feature a pedestrian-oriented design and a variety of retailers and restaurants. A much-anticipated Grand Opening will be held this October.
Interest in the project has been strong, and Sembler continues to look for the right users for this special project that will serve and enhance the community. To date, the is 60% leased, and three outparcels remain available.
Sembler currently owns and manages grocery-anchored centers in Raleigh and Charlotte and continues to seek other opportunities in North Carolina and throughout the SE United States.
