Chelsea Rogers, Director of Marketing: What has been your favorite part about working at The Sembler Company?
Jon Graber, Real Estate Manager: Witnessing first-hand every stage of a commercial real estate cycle
Chelsea Rogers: What are three words best used to describe The Sembler Company?
Jon Graber: Integrity, Collaboration, and Giving!
Chelsea Rogers: What is your role at The Sembler Company and when did you start working here?
Jon Graber: I am a Real Estate Manager within our Shopping Center Development platform. I started working here in June 2016 but I was also a Leasing Representative from June 2006 until November 2011.
Chelsea Rogers: What is the best place you have traveled to and why?
Jon Graber: Spending two full days in St. Petersburg, Russia while on a Baltic Sea cruise. We were able to get our tour guide to spend an additional five hours taking us around the city that was not part of an official tour, including watching an amazing sunset over the city at midnight.
Chelsea Rogers: If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would you want to meet?
Jon Graber: Toss-up between Franklin Delano Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln.
Chelsea Rogers: If you could witness any historical event, what would you want to see?
Jon Graber: Day two at Gettysburg – Little Round Top
