Chelsea Rogers, Director of Marketing: What is your role at The Sembler Company and when did you start working here?

Chelsea: What has been your favorite part about working at The Sembler Company?
Patti: Working in a family run company that supports us in our work as well as all facets of our lives.
Chelsea: What are three words best used to describe The Sembler Company?
Patti: Humble, Caring and Giving!
Chelsea: What is your favorite project that you’ve worked on?
Patti: Polo Grounds Mall – It is always challenging do to is location and age. I liked watching it go from a property that looked tired and worn and had several vacancies to a property that is now appealing and 100% leased.
Chelsea: What is your proudest moment at The Sembler Company?
Patti: When I received a bonus check from Dead River Properties at our last get together that I actually had to ask Sue if I could accept it.
Chelsea: What was your first job?
Patti: My first job was when I was 15 years old and I worked in a dark room developing 35 mm film.
Chelsea: What is the best place you’ve traveled to?
Patti: Southern France
Chelsea: What is your favorite charity?
Patti: Any soup kitchen that feeds the needy!
Chelsea: When you are not at The Sembler Company, what are you most likely doing?
Patti: Some form of exercise, reading or at the beach.
Chelsea: If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?
Patti: Invest the money, then slowly assist family and close friends and charities. Also travel across county in a RV.
