Kevin Letch is a Senior Development Manager for The Sembler Company and is responsible for management of shopping center development projects. Leading projects through real estate selection, due diligence, design, permitting, construction, and operations transition. Letch has over 20 years’ experience in retail, restaurant, and low income residential development, as well as 10 years experience in Civil Engineering.

Before joining Sembler, Letch served as President of L3 Consulting providing Development Management services to a variety of retail, restaurant and Not for Profit clients including The Sembler Company, PDQ Restaurants and Camp Judaea in Hendersonville , N.C.

Letch holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, both in Boston, MA.
