Jessica Moreno is Director of Leasing for Sembler, where she oversees leasing activities across the company’s retail portfolio throughout the Southeast. Since joining Sembler in 2013, Jessica has played an integral role in the leasing and merchandising of a diverse portfolio of retail properties, helping enhance asset value for property owners while creating vibrant shopping destinations for the communities they serve.
Jessica’s expertise includes landlord representation, market analysis, tenant merchandising, marketing, ground-up development leasing, and land sales. She works closely with Sembler’s development and property management teams to position projects for long-term success and maximize asset performance.
Jessica earned her MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Florida. She has been actively involved with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), serving in both the Next Generation Leadership Network and on the Florida Committee, and is a Sustainer with the Junior League of Clearwater-Dunedin.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, enjoying food, wine, cooking, and travel, playing tennis and riding her bike on the Pinellas Trail.
